Experian not reliable and messing people's lives

I had 2 revolving loans with FNB, Settled and closed in 2020, lo and behold in 2022 they are still showing as active and affecting my affordability. FNB have said they have sent the updates to the Credit Bureau, others have updated my profile except Experian. Call Centre is useless you will be on the line for over an hour and no one answers and they don't reply to emails either, its like they enjoy messing people's lives. If I could give a 0 stars I would, actually who monitors these bureaus is there no ombudsman or the like for such?
