Experian not investigating my dispute

So I had a dispute on my credit profile. Transunion sorted it out within the time they allocated...but experian has failed to do so. I am currently requesting updates and no one responds. I try calling the call center, no one answers. Is this really the choice of credit bureau that banks are making use of?
