EXPERIAN NOT FUNCTIONING IN SOUTH AFRICA
Dear Brian
It is such a pity that I have to go to these lengths to get any help from Experian.
I have an account that was paid up and the company MFC has mailed your company twice of the past month to ask them to amend the records.
They have not had a response and the bad listing is still on my profile.
Trying to get hold of any help at your company is absolutely impossible and honestly I am not accepting COVID as an excuse, you either run a company or you don't. We are in level 1 and there is no excuse for such shoddy service and if your company cant cope with the queries, there a millions of unemployed South Africans that you could employ.
I was told non stop for 20 minutes that you are experiencing huge call volumes because people are working from home due to lockdown, well obviously they are not working,
Eventually after holding on for a good 20 minutes I got hold of a receptionist, told me something so fast and in such an unintelligible way. She transferred me to a number, where I was kicked off after holding for a while.
My questions are really quite simple
1. Does Experian still operate in South Africa
2. Why does it take so long to get data updated
3. Have you ever tried to get through to your own company behaving as a consumer, m you might also not that before you are directed to press any button you listen to drivel for 1.45minutes, this is Cleary an abuse of peoples time and money.
MY contact no. is *** and my name is Jill Bell.
The area is South Africa
Kind regards
Jill Bell
