Experian not even trying to help with logging diputes.

I don't know whether it iss because experian does free services or they just don't want to help. I have been trying to log two disputes with experian for a while now but they never get logged. One is for a car that was repossessed in 2020 February which is still showing on my report. They keep asking me to send a closure date which I keep sending and then they tell me they cannot remove it. The second one is for the listing that was removed and suddenly come back on my report without explaination. I have provided proof of this and they are asking me about closure date again. What is more frustrating is that these disputes are never logged. It feels like experian keeps making excuses for logging disputes to punish us for a reason that they only know. What amazes me is that I logged the same disputes with transunion and they resolved both without any issues, which now cause the issue with two very different credit scores with transunion having 100 points more than experian which is totally wrong and makes me wonder if this is because their services are free. It is really not fair what they are doing. If they logged a dipute and it didn't get resolved, perhaps that would have been understandable.
