Experian not doing their job
I’ve been logging disputes on my account for an expired/prescribed account on my report, all bureaus have removed on my report but Experian(Mycreditcheck) keeps on adding it to my profile every 2 months, they do not give me feedback or proof that the account has not prescribed, they do not contact the company in question to verify the debt, they do not answer their helpline and most certainly do not care. Please remove Telkom account from my profile and never bring it back. My last resort is social media and ombudsman.
