Experian not doing their job

this year i have been working hard to get my credit record build up i even took small loans that's costing me just to show that i pay all my debt.... i need to get finance to get a small vehicle and get some of the furniture back that i lost in the difficult year i had in 2019..... but no matter how much effort i put in and how much its costing me my credit rating does not go up..... accounts that has been closed in September still shows' as active on my report and phoning them just doesn't help you don't get through.....
