Experian, no sympathy, no humanity no care

I lodged a dispute over an unauthorized Debt review enquiry by IDM Group/Debtbusters on my profile which is preventing me from from obtaining credit on the 12 January 2022 and was told it will be resolved within 20 business days but never resolved as it still appears on mycreditcheck report. I call them and was told it has been removed but it's still there. I have called them almost every day speaking to their agents including Mpho, Yonela, Sakhe and many others. Their excuses range from it has been removed to the matter has been escalated and to we'll call you , and they never did just like yesterday. Yesterday their Mpho even told me it was being removed as we speak but it's still there today. My life is almost ruined because of their attitude.
