Experian no response.
Website is friendly and pretty good. Too bad it doesn't give you a reference number when you log a dispute as is legally required. Tried reaching them via phone for a few days now. Held for over 30min every time. No answer. Shame that FNB and Capitech use these guys. I got my Trans Union record cleared without any fuss. Giving it another day before I look into escalating.
