Experian needs to shut down Really no customer service at all

Experian is the worst credit bureau ever they dont update their records ,but are quick to drop your score when you dispute by 4 points,they don't answer their phones , they refused to contact the credit provider DMC to provide the letter to say that the account is closed I have been back and forth with them all that has been done is that the query goes from one Agent to another agent without resolution.
