Experian - MyCreditCheck Disputes!! Worst ever!!!

I logged a dispute with experian via the mycreditcheck.co.za website. One of the consumer consultant contacting me with regards to the dispute on the 21st of November. Fast forward the 9th of December is the only time the dispute was logged. I have tried calling all the numbers listed on the email and credit reports to no avail. I have sent multiple email only to be given the instructions to log a dispute. I am blocked from applying for anything all because the credit provider mistakenly put -R5,74 in arrears on one of my accounts.

I have tried calling and emails. The consultants never answered, only met with automated responses or the same instructions of logging a complaint.
