Experian, my report or refund my money!

Signed up for Experian to check my credit report. R146 paid for the year and then.....nothing. No reponse. Emailed them (I am out of the country at work) supplying them with confidential information (ID and POA etc) and.... no response!<br> 48 hours later I am still wondering what i paid for!
