Experian My Credit Expert Report mystery

I've been trying since 14/05/21 to change the status of loans on the My Credit Expert Report to Paid up/Closed. Ibhayi Financial Consultants (Barthlo Truter) requested for removal of records on 14/05/21, 21/05/21, 24/05/21 and received feedback on 18/06/21 (Tamicka Padayachee) that " all accounts reflects closed on our side". Ibhayi Financial Consultants requested again for removal of records on 14/10/21, since the latest report still shows the accounts as open/current.Received the same feedback "all acounts are closed". According to Experian's website there are 2 databases that are kept separate. Experian Sigma Database is different from the Experian Database and the My Credit Expert Report is generated from the Experian Database. I need assistance in solving this mystery. Jaco van Blerk ***
