Experian (my credit check and expert)

Hello, i have very old listings on my profile that is some 4/5 years old. Have been paid up and settled yet still not removed from my profile. Both My credit check and My credit expert shows different scores and listed accounts . How is this possible and why are they not removed on time. This is weighing heavily on my score from improving. really shocking service. Have been trying to call their listed no for months with no answer. crazy.
