Experian Must Correct My Record and Review My Credit Score
My Experian score dropped from 627 to 619, and again from 622 to 619 in just few days — despite no new credit enquiries, no missed payments, and positive account behaviour. I have two accounts over 12 months old and another over 6 months old, yet my score continues to decline without reason.
In addition, my employment start date is incorrect, and my Woolworths account wrongly shows “no data” for October 2024, even though I paid and submitted proof. Experian has not corrected these issues. This raises serious concerns about Experian’s data accuracy and the integrity of its scoring system, which directly affects consumers’ access to fair credit.
I demand that Experian immediately correct the errors and submit my credit score for review by a senior internal auditor or the Credit Bureau Association (CBA). If not addressed, I will escalate this to the NCR and Information Regulator for formal investigation.
