Experian must be shut down
Experian refuses to remove a prescribed account from a profile despite providing them with a prescription letter from the creditor on many occassions. As Im typing this, I've been holding on the phone for nearly 40 minutes since dialling at 8am. This credit bureau is a disaster to the people of this country. The day it is shut down people's lives will change.

03 Nov 2023, 21:23 Section 70(2)(f) of the National Credit Act, reads as follows: “A registered credit bureau must- promptly expunge from its records any prescribed consumer credit information that, in terms of the regulations, is not permitted to be entered in its records or is required to be removed from its records;”
You cant just decide that you wont remove prescribed accounts from people's profiles. Your actions are pure ******** and I will be relentless in making my voice heard that you're a bunch of scoundrels who are just about ruining people's lives. Over and above that, you must be really stupid to write such on a public platform when your net promoter score proves that experian as a whole uses the wrong organs to think. ****** *******s.
