Experian must be shut down

This company is ruining people's lives. I had an account which never went into arrears, they recorded it as owing. I was forced to close down the account since I'm trying to build my credit score. They also dont update old and historic accounts. Ive been calling them with no luck. They are always experiencing high call volumes and I held on to the line for more than an hour on each occasion with no answer. Not only are they ruining people's lives, but they are also denying businesses of worthy customers because their record keeping is in shambles. Experian SA is the worst thing to ever happen to South Africa's economic activity.
