EXPERIAN MOST PATHETIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

What u pathetic company to deal with...i have never dealt with a company like experian..firstly you can't get through to an agent i made a call to them at 16h15 yesterday afternonn and 17h00 nobody has answered the call.. secondly you email your paod up letter a copy of ypur id and proof of address but dam i had 4 agents sent and email requesting the same docs...then when i made a follow up they ask the same docs again...i just wanted my absa vechicle account to be updated with the paid up letter i sent and absa also sent them a paid up letter to update the records and they emailed me the ref number. I have a car i need to buy and allready have the dealership keeping me the car ..is there anu body that can contact me on *** please its urgent.
