Experian messing up my credit profile

good day

i need help about a month ago i went on my Credit check and notice a RCS account on my credit report that i don't know anything about i called RCS give them the account number as it appears on the report RCS asked me for my ID and said that the account number is not mine and it belongs to J.JONES . i then send email to experian hold on for 20 min i send them a mail with no reply , i posted it on Hello Peter a few day after that the account was remove . on the 27/08/2020 i a message from Experian saying due to the recent data incident i will receive free alerts , on Monday i went on my credit check only to find the same account back on my profile with Absa insurance which was cancelled due to vehicle written off , i send Experian mail to date no respond .
