Experian list judgement incorrectly

Experian have listed our company having a judgement against us and this was brought to our attention by our bankers. Our company was awarded a judgement against a defaulter and now we have an adverse record. How can they be so irresponsible and now we have to fill in 100 forms on line and hope and party they get their info correct.
