Experian kills us
Experian allows badlsting on your profile which affects your score even if you trying to build your profile. I had a dispute for prescribed debt the same day they remove the account DMC adds the same account which was prescribed under them and my points go down with 37 points, I had received a loan offer but was waiting for the dispute to be resolved and it was for an emergency, now my credit is bad again.how can this be allowed they can see its the same account I had waited 20days to be removed that has been added by dmc.i am in tears where can I report them to get it removed immediately as I cant wait another 20days due to emergency

01 Dec 2025, 06:40They are not helping us build our credit profiles if they allow that the same account that was disputed due to prescription be added by DMC, why dont they first review the listing,I have never spoken to DMC or received any communication from them or even have an agreement with them,so now I must log another dispute for the same account and wait another 20days..the are come forth as if they doing business with debt collectors now in this case

01 Dec 2025, 11:08It dont make sense that I log a dispute on the debt that prescribed and after you remove it DMC listing the same account.. where were they all the time before that, capitec will not sell prescribed account, thos is chance taking .
Experian allowed the re-entry without notifying me, without proof of reinsertion validation, and without ensuring compliance with Section 72 of the National Credit Act.
Unfair, negligent, and ******** processing of my credit information
A violation of the NCA regarding prescribed debt
Failure to comply with reinsertion rules after a dispute
Failure to protect the consumer from invalid or duplicate listings
