Experian killed my creditscore

Sick and tired. I don't know I disputed truworths I don't know How many times. Since last year September. !!!

I sent them my paid up letter!!! Of more than 7 months ago!!!

I literally disputed this account more than 10 times!!!

I pull a credit report because I got declined after 15 enquiries.!!!

Get this I made 15 enquiries!!! Because experian never closed this account I got declined every time!!! In the last 6 months!!!

I don't understand this account was listed by 2 companies. 1 debt was listed double by two companies after I sent experian all my paid up information they only closed the one account the company that bought my truworths debt!!!

Now for 7 months later after more than 10 disputes still truworths is active on my experience credit report.!!!

Why after truworths sold my account and I paid up the company that bought the debt am I still listed by both companies??? 1 debt listed by two companies?

Double listing me can't be fair. I paid this more than 7 months ago!!! Disputed it more than 10 times!!!

How can truworths still be open and active on my credit report if I paid it up . paid up letter sent? Truworths self does not have any account info of me?

Can experian please remove one of this double listings?

Its ******* to list one debt twice on my credit report.

I have asked multiple times!!! Everything is paid. And I sent proof more than 6 months ago.

Please fix this no one is answering my calls at customer care.
