Experian keeps you under debt review , after all documents have been sent!

So eventually found out that Experian is keeping my name under debt review, while last year i have paid up all my debt and received my clearance certificate from csu.

I have tried to apply for home loans and finance without any luck, the banks response were only declined, until we disputed and ask the reason why? And to my amazement i am still under debt review by the credit bureau Experian.

So it has been more than 40 Days, Experian had more than enough time to update and rectify my details.

Rectify my Details immediately and rectify my credit report and enquiries as it is your fault that you have not made any progress on my details.

Other wise i will take it with legal matters and experian will be held liable, as it is experian that caused the issue i am now having.

You have the Clearance and paid up letters from CSU.
