EXPERIAN just doesnt care

We were incorrectly placed under debt revue, we got a letter from the NCR confirming that this was a mistake & that the Credit Bureau's should update their records accordingly, I sent the paper work to all 5 of the major credit bureau's on the 08/07/2019 & was told to wait 20days for the process to take place, after the 20days 4 of them had updated our records accordingly but not EXPERIAN, calling them is just impossible as they don't answer, they also don't reply to e-mails & to date ( 02/09/2019) they still have not cleared or updated our record accordingly, we are trying to buy a house as our lease expires the end of October & this is holding us up;
