Experian just allowing strangers into my profile

There is an account listed on my clearscore that I owe dmc5 credit card 19000. I do not have a credit card with dmc5 because I don’t know who the hell they are! How do you allow people to access to customers accounts without doing your due diligence? Please remove them from my profile because I don’t know these people and I definitely never took a credit card from them 12 years ago.
