Experian is useless

Experian does not care about ones credit record. They too lazy to update their records. I had a loan with FNB in 2018 it was a temp loan which I paid same month but at Experian it's still showing "Active up to date" status should say "closed". I had 4 accounts with African bank wich ended up being sold to third parties. 3 Accounts were sold to Nimble group and 1 to MBD. I have payment arrangements with these people. Now Experian is showing a 5th account saying I have a loan with African bank. I don't have a loan with African bank it's a duplication of the account that was sold to Nimble. Even African has no record of any loan with them anymore. Sent emails to Experian they just read them and no one responds. One email can be read by 6 people but no one is bothered to respond. I try calling but I could never get through they always suggest email. I sent them paid up letter from FNB but still they don't care. This is really frustrating cause banks use information from Experian when accessing my credit. Transunion is the best, very much up to date with everything. I've never had any issues with them even a dispute is resolved very fast. I wish banks can relay on Transunion information not this useless Experian.
