Experian is unreasonable and unhelpful!

I have been trying to get incorrect payment data reviewed.

Cell C has listed late payments and affected my credit records. In fact it was them allocating the credit they agreed due to not debiting my account correctly.

I have tried to request statements and a paid up letter numerous times from Cell C but have not received a response to date.

This has been going on for a month.

Experian refused to assist me and leaves the incorrect data as is even though the creditor is not being responsive.

Transunion removed the data as Cell C did not respond to their query after 20 days. Why can't Experian do the same. What is the consumer meant to do in this scenario??
