experian is unbelievable.

Clearscore and experian are absolutely ******* with the way they handle credit scores. My score was 669 for months. I was 1 month away from having no credit enquiries on my profile. This should have increased my score above 700. Clearscore & experian then decreases my score by 23 points because of a new account that I actually had for years. This is totally ******* behaviour and unacceptable. I am now lodging a complaint with the credit ombudsman.
