Experian is totally unprofessional - not capable delivering professional service

<p>It's been over a year since my Debt Councilor submitted debt clearance certificates to Experian- requesting that they respectively update their system.</p> <p>This never materialised. </p> <p>Despite the fact that I also emailed these debt clearance certificates to Experian many times after that.</p> <p>Experian reflects incorrect and ********** info about me - therefore when I apply for credit, I get turned down as there is conflicting information:</p> <p>1. There are incorrect addresses on my profile. How did these slip in? I have been living at one address since 1990.</p> <p>2. I have been working for one company since 1 Jan 2006. Experian reflects a multitude of posts. How did this happen?</p> <p>3. I have 3 accounts- all in good standing. Experian reflects that I have 10! It's because Experian never updated information with regard to the Debt Clearance certificates (and closure of each of these 7 accounts) they have received since Dec 2015.</p> <p>4. Experian reflects that one if my accounts was debt recovered in 2014. This is incorrect. That account was under the supervision of my Debt Councilor according to Court ruling since Dec 2010. I faithfully and excellently paid all my debt until my debt review was completed by Nov 2015.</p> <p>5. Experian gives me a low credit rating because of the unprofessionalism they have demonstrated in failing to updating information. On the other hand my credit score with both Transunion and Compuscan is excellent and above average.
