Experian is the worst

I had a temporary loan of R4500 with FNB and the account was handed over. long story short, my account was listed on Experian. over 2 months ago I settled the account, struggled to get a paid up letter from the creditor but eventually got it, I sent the paid up letter as well as the proof of of payment for them to see a trail. called them and emailed them, their stuff is rude.
