Experian is the worse credit bureau ever, it's my second time now asking them to update my report and what they doing they delaying me

Experian is the worse credit bureau ever, it's my second time now asking them to update my report and what they doing they delaying me. There's an old account that I've mentioned to them that it's old and must be removed and worse part the other credit bureaus have removed this account only Experian is refusing to remove it or they are being paid to block us from changing our lives, I so hate this credit bureau cause now am stucked cause of them.. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's the worse ever
