Experian is the eviIest credit bureau

Experian is the eviIest credit bureau. The credit provider reported the account as closed, after a few days they listed the account as open and active. This brought my score down by 12 points. They contacted me after my previous review, asked for a paid up letter, which I requested and copied them on the email. After they got the letter I was told I should wait 60 days for the account to be closed on their side. This is pure eviI. I have to suffer because of their stupidity and incompetence. I hope someone bombs their offices one day
