Experian is terrible

Terrible service. I spent R200 worth of airtime trying to get hold of ANYONE at Experian. Emailed them on their email address as provided via the IVR and website and yet NOTHING to date. How is anyone supposed to get through to these guys for disputes etc. I would love to actually speak to a human being representing Experian. Pathetic...
