Experian is terrible

i am sick and tired of experian i have logged 2 disputes 2 months ago and till date i have no feedback,no one responds to my emails to contact me and let me know whats going on i have sent numerous emails and further more its over 20 working days and there is no feedback being provided experian is really a terrible credit bereau as the dispute still shows on my profile preventing me from doing anything,i will now take this up further with the credit ombud i am done wasting my time with you''ll
