Experian is taking me a fool

Experian vowed not to complete my despute query I have been getting emails from experian consultants Kim_sent me an email to say tha my query is on the final stage Nonhlahla_sends another email to say that my despute has been finalized and it will reflect within 48h hours , mind you I got these emails on Friday the 25th,today is monday nothing has been done ,I know you guys are doing this on ignorance, I how can you take 3 months to update a query when you have all docs?, The fact that we cannot get hold of you when we call says a lot about,you are the most *********** ppl I have ever dealt with
