Experian is reporting false information from DMC and ruining my credit score

I am disputing incorrect information on my Experian credit report.

DMC is reporting that I missed 9 payments, which is false. I have been paying every month and I have proof. One of DMC's own employees confirmed I only missed 1 payment, not 9.

This false information is affecting my credit score badly and I am being ignored when I ask for help.

I have submitted all my proof of payments. I request that Experian investigates and corrects this immediately as per the National Credit Act, and updates my credit profile.

Please assist urgently.
