experian is more useless than the anc government

Standard bank made the error of making an enquiry in my profile, which dropped my credit score on experian and transunion. According to standard bank, they have written to both experian and transunion to notify them of the error. One credit bureau has already removed the enquiry and the other one wants to be worshipped first before doing the right thing.
