EXPERIAN IS LETTING SOUTH AFRICAN'S DOWN

I have sent numerous emails attaching my paid up letters but Experian is not assisting at all. The Experian website indicates that an account must be 40 days old but the consultants say 60 days. please update my report. It is so unfair that Experian is not assisting consumers in any way never the waiting periods on the phone which is not a toll free number. I have read all the reviews and Experian is frustrating consumers and no one is doing anything about it. the NCR should intervene most credit providers use Experian and not Transunion which is far more competent and willing to assist consumers. HEEELLLLP US.
