Experian is just the worst ever!!!!

During the week I paid R145 for an annual credit report. Since tuesday Ive been struggling to get through the Experian customer service with absolutely no luck. Instead Experian sents me an old credit report riddled with mistake. Either refund me or answer your ****ing phones and please whilst doing that correct my credit report. Ke kgatetsi ka wena bliksem!!
