Experian is ***********

After reading all thee other complaints based on experian I am happy I am not thee only person who has a complaint against them. I have a prescribed account from OLD MUTUAL I last paid this account years ago,even on there report last payment date is recorded 17/04/2014 but it's still appearing on my credit report. I got a 3rd party company to dispute on my behalf and they have also struggled as experian is not returning emails,I called personally to find out and I held on the line for what feels like a decade. Got an automated response was told to register I did that disputed on their website and still nothing. I feel Hellopeter might be thee only way my issue will be attended to please help as raising prescription as a defense is my right
