Experian is failing me

This is the worst credit rating agency in existence, I mean my Absa account has been removed and resolved with Transunion but Experian has kept it they are ignoring my disputes, calls and emails. I tried to attach the transunion dispute outcome on the lodged dispute but they ignore everything. NCR is also not helping at all.
