Experian is captured

I have a feeling that Experian is not neutral they are captured by the companies. When you log a dispute they need all the details example: maybe I have a settled account but is not updated on the itc. Then the company give me a paid up letter, in that letter they don’t accept it if there is no account number but there is a letterhead of the company and that company is the only company showing on your profile but they don’t consider because I am a client and I don’t have anything to reward them like companies do. My point here is I logged a prescribed account they refused to remove it because they said I have spoken with the company. I asked them to give the recording but they didn’t want to. Who are they working for? They must get all the details not partly and they must provide the number they called. I cannot take only their word I need a proof.
