Experian is another definition of useless

Experian is a stumbling block of south africa's economic activity. They still continue to keep a prescribed account on my profile, this is despite giving them the prescription letter issued by the creditor. They are also in violation of Section 70(2)(f) of the National Credit Act, which reads as follows: “A registered credit bureau must- promptly expunge from its records any prescribed consumer credit information that, in terms of the regulations, is not permitted to be entered in its records or is required to be removed from its records;”

Their scripted response is that the account is reflecting as closed, but the account prescribed before it was closed. Their employees seem to be mentally challenged when it comes to the order of the series of events. This is a credit bureau with 2500+ negative reviews on this platform only, and they seem to have made this part of their brand and identity because nothing has changed and there is no hope for chance in future.
