Experian is *********** and absolutely has no respect for South Africans

I am really disgusted with Experian, my OK furniture account was ganded over to legal department but the arrears amount were paid and the credit grantor principal sent a rquest to all credit bureaus to update tgr account. All other credit providers updated my account detauls except for Experian, i logged a dispute they said it was logged incorrectly and it was cancelled.

Before logging a second dispute i was told to send a letter from a credit provider to prove that the account is no longer on arrears, the bureau and with its incompetence they did not update my details claiming the account is still on arrears but guess what thr account was actually over paidr by approximately R89 and they said its owing. I was shocked having to explain to them rhat the account is n9t owing.

Up until today having received all documents thry asked for my account is still not updated m disgusted and this is holding me back and my future.

Transunion,, xds and othe bureaus updated my details a long time ago, i dnt know what the hell is going on with Experian m disgudted and they are unreachable ALL the time!
