EXPERIAN = *********** AND SLOW SERVICE...USELESS!!!!

Absolutely useless. They don't answer their phones, emails are not being rep**** and they just ignore the enquiries you send via their Contact Us webpage. I have logged disputes in January and keep updating every month since then but nothing has been done to address my disputes and no communication received.

You people are actually ruining our lives because you take your sweet time to update credit records for accounts that are close in the meantime our credit scores remain super low due to your incompetence and laziness to act quickly on consumer's disputes! I have paid off and close 6 accounts since January 2022 and you guys have not updated your system even though TransUnion has updated theirs ages ago. The companies I have paid off have also tried to get you guys to update my credit record and you have just ignored their request as well. Gosh!!! Experian SA is useless!!!! Honestly, you guys are messing up with people's chance to improve their credit scores and better their lives. Also, how does my credit score remain the same when I have paid off over 200K worth of debt in January???? Your system is just unfair! Unfortunately most of the credit providers deal with Experian which is unfortunate because TransUnion is extremely quick in updating consumers' records if one pays off debts...your customer service sucks big time!!!!
