Experian incompetence

For two MONTHS my attorneys have been sending them emails with a rescission order and relevant documents. All ignored. Phone calls are met with promises of "making a note on their system" but they simply don't. Finally I loaded the documents on their website myself and now they want ANOTHER 20 business days to comply with a court order! Utterly unhelpful and useless staff who simply disregard court orders! Very quick to load judgements but when it comes to removals they just don't do their job.

YOU DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS!
I have even reported you to the NCR and have advise my attorneys to now proceed with a contempt of court application against you. Since February my attorneys have called and emailed you and your staff claim they will attend, make notes on the system, but NOTHING was done!
NOT ONCE did any of your so-called consultants request my attorneys to load the documents on the website! Why should they?? You have been provided with the COURT ORDER! You just chose to disregard it!
Now that I have submitted the docs on your website you want ANOTHER 20 days!? Besides the TWO MONTHS you already had!?
On the online chat your consultant told me (after I explained it has been 2 months of ONLY frustration with you) they would get back to me in 72 hours. That was 2 weeks ago!
It literally takes 30 seconds to call the plaintiff attorneys and verify the court order!
The only reference number I have is the one from your website, and all you can say is 20 days! While you have had 60 already!
You received the emails, you just chose not to respond.

The documents can be found under ref:  EXP***6-CD204807 but all you will say is 20 days. You don't UNDERSTAND that you have had 60 days already.

And STILL no response from your so-called dedicated team!
Kindly enlighten us why the documents have to be submitted to your website? Which law dictates that? Why when my attorneys provided you with the court order, did you not request the documents to be loaded?
Why are you not doing your job?
Why do you disregard a court order?
Why do you disregard the law of this country?

Lies once again!

Below message when queried online:

"dispute still under investigations, once resolved feedback will be sent to advise. (Further note we do not count weekends and public holidays)."

For THREE MONTHS your staff have done NOTHING!!

THREE MONTHS to make a simple phone call to verify the COURT ORDER!

You can deny the court order was supp**** in February all you want. We have the email proof and will take the matter further until you pay for contempt of court.
