Experian inaccurate reporting

They have a negative factor on my report which is totally inaccurate as my accounts are all up to date. "Some recently opened accounts are in arrears"

Nobody can assist me. The agents are clueless.

Nobody answers at the call centre.

There's no way to dispute the note/factor.
