experian *******ly give bad reports not updated!

I found out today after vodacom keeping turning me down for an additional line that experian has given a bad report on me. When I phoned experian I was told it's for R813 for bluebean after trying for a long time to say this amount is not outstanding they need to check why. I was told \BLUEBEAN HAS NOT UPDATED MY PAY PROFILE SINCE 30 APRIL! Today is 1 August 3 months later! Causing me to be turned down for credit when I am not in the wrong this is the second time with bluebean! They are very poor service providers. I am busy applying for a bond if it gets turned down due to this I will be calling in to my lawyer
