Experian Ignoring Credit Profile Dispute
Once again, i have to turn to Hellopeter, in the hope of getting Experian to acknowledge my Credit profile dispute. This is the 2nd time that i am disputing the same negative information on the same account. This account has prescribed 2 years ago, yet it gets re-listed every year, despite being removed, after i declared a dispute. I strongly suspect, that a debt collector, is behind this re-listing. On the 7th of July, i send Experian an email. Then that Tuesday morning, 14th of July 2015, i send another email. Then at 10h16, that morning, a debt collector, called me, after 2 years of silence. Huh? This call came from the number ***. Is it coincidence? No way!! Naturally i told the lady about the prescription issue and she did not talk any further and just hung up. Therefore, I would like to ask Experian, do you at least demand written proof of a debt, before you accept 3rd party instructions to list and isn't it, that only the Service Provider themselves, may list client's , AND NOT 3RD PART AGENTS, such as Debt Collectors and Debt Collection Attorneys etc. because i'm pretty sure that a Debt Collector is responsible for these continual re-listings on my credit profile
