EXPERIAN IGNORES CUSTOMERS
I have sent numerous emails trying to get an issue resolved. I have spent hours trying to reach someone telephonically and even made a trip to the experian offices in Bryanston in an attempt to get assistance.. The security guard at the business park entrance refused to let me enter. saying that Experian refuses to allow customers in and that there are numerous clients that try and gain entrance. they have an instruction that no one is allowed to enter. I was given a contact form to complete so that someone could call me back. 48 hours later no one has called or bothered to make contact.
How can a company that is supposed to play such a big role in the country treat customers this way?

26 Feb 2024, 10:55Good morning,
I would appreciate if someone took the time to call me back so that I can discuss the matter. Sending emails to the email address that you provided hasn't worked. I'm even prepared to come back to the experian offices to meet with someone.
