Experian Horrible non-existing service

I logged a complaint in August 2022. Experian does not awnser any of their telephone numbers. They also do not respond to emails. They listed incorrect information on my profile and I have been struggling for one year and three months to resolve this but experian does not assist. I logged a complaint with the credit ombudsman that indicated that I have to wait another 60 days. This is unfair to the consumers in South Africa. All the comments on the Experian Facebook page are complaints. Why is nobody doing something about this useless place?!?!
